Diane's son's t-shirts

I love the bulldog with the glasses.

Seems Diane's son has been asking for a t-shirt quilt for some time, and now he'll have one.  Can you guess where he attended college? 

 It took me some time to realize that this reads "Not Soberfest".  Hysterical!
