Dresden plates in progress for Patty

I'm not quite finished with this one, still need to do the handwork for the binding.  Quilted with 2 batts, cotton, and then wool on top.  I love how some of the pieces are round at the top, and others pointy.  Would love to know the story there, but since Great grandma Cora pieced this by hand circa 1960's, I guess I'll never know.

Each segment got an outline, and then a feathered wreath done freehand where the 4 block corners meet.
