"Emma's Sunflower quilt" by Mary Beth

 This quilt has been patiently waiting it's turn for quilting.  I was loading it up, and realized that it was too large to put on my computerized machine!  Oh no!  So, reach out to Mary Beth to choose a different design, then wait until the current quilt was finished on the larger machine. 

All made from probably fabrics from Liberty of London, so very soft to the touch, and the wool batting inside will make it warm and cozy.

A T-shirt quilt made by Jan for a friend

Jan pieced this great quilt top from T-shirts belonging to her friend's late husband.  Clearly the man was very active as all the shirts are from triathalons, runs or bike rides.  Mostly staged in Hawaii, so Jan chose this perfect shell fabric for the border, backing and binding.  Then I quilted it with a shell design to match the theme and a lightweight thread. 

 

"Double Wedding Ring" by Christina

I so admire anyone willing to take on a DWR quilt.  It's on my bucket list, we'll see if it ever gets made.

This quilt is too large to get the entire quilt to show, but you get enough showing to see how beautiful Christina has made this.  A wedding gift for her friends.  Wow.  Must be very special friends!

I love the blues on the grey, what wonderful contrast.  Wishing the happy couple many years together and hopefully more quilts from Christina.
