Balloons by Sharyel

A new baby is on the way (or maybe here by now) for Sharyle's family.  Sweet balloons appliqued and a fussy cut Noah's ark  animals in all of the balloon "baskets".  Quilted with a panto of balloons, although difficult to see on the right side.
