Leigh's little houses.

 These are so sweet!  "Houses in a row where flowers grow, Hearts show and Love Flows...  There's no place like home!:

Some of the houses got siding or shingles on the roofs.  Others, like this one, received a background fill.

Here I just used the plaid stripes in the tree to follow for the quilting.

 The Palm tree is the one that really got me started on doing some quilting in the applique.
